• If booking is done before the NEET result and the student does not qualify, the 1st instalment will be refunded after GST deduction, and the 2nd instalment is not required. The 1st instalment can also be adjusted for guidance on alternate courses or carried forward for the next year.

• For bookings made after the NEET result, no refund claims will be entertained.
